This is my second Wolverine device. I contacted Wolverine directly about the same issue as others I've had. After a few days of emails they wanted me to send it to them for evaluation. I was totally unproductive with this machine and wasted time going back and communicating and now they want me to spend more so they can "prize" the car and be even more unproductive. Wolverine informed me that buying the "Pro" model doesn't help as they use the same hardware so the Standard and Pro models are of the same quality. I don't waste time with your problem. I will return this to Revane, as well as the previous one. Revane was very supportive, Wolverine not so much.
