SOME THINGS JUST DON'T WORK

When the holder arrived it turned out to be quite easy to assemble as there were no instructions included. When the part holding the phone started falling off the mount I figured I should take it to the car, maybe it's the balance. NO, I was wrong, he kept falling anyway. I tried rotating the base of the hand where the phone is and it didn't work. Should I stick my cell phone in the holder? I don't think so, but that's the only way it will work.
