So our stools did not come with instructions/instructions in the packaging. This is probably because there was also a return sheet from another Revain buyer and all the screws and bolts were in the ziplock bag. After logically assembling the two stools, we realized that we were missing two screws holding the stool legs together. Luckily I had screws that worked. But if we didn't, the whole package would be useless. Likewise. No chair stands level and wobbles. So we had to put the felt of the chair on the base of the two legs. Would have returned if I hadn't already completed more than half of it when I realized I was missing parts. Zero Check or Quality Control.
