Review on Pentek 150296 SW 3 Wrench Housings: Easy and Efficient Filter Maintenance Made Simple by Scott Welch

I had one of these and it broke when I tried to loosen the filter housing. I attached it with a short metal strap and two very short screws [worked great]. Then I saw a review of Revain here by someone who bought TWO wrenches and taped them together for double the strength. So I did the same and it works great. I used black gorilla tape in two places on the handle and once around the "circle" with a narrower piece of tape. The handle has become twice as thick, which makes it more comfortable to use. I'm glad I saw this review because I was just a few steps away from buying a metal key [$25.00!]. That metal key would also scratch the clear plastic case fairly quickly. Thank you S
