Hair line crack: my feedback

Used it once to cut up a chicken. Cut up my wooden cutting board. Lesson learned. Put it up, for months, used it today to cut pizza fond a hair line crack on both sides. I would like to return it and try it again. It mite just be a bad one?

Pros

Great cleaver! Nice weight to it that makes cutting through bone easy.

Cons

The blade's sharpness may decrease over time, requiring frequent re-sharpening to maintain effectiveness
