I noticed results right away but they didn't get any brighter, maybe 1.5 weeks later. Tastes more chalk than mint, so deducted one star. Although I can detect a slight smell of mint. I don't mind chalk as long as my theta keeps getting whiter. Directions are very minimal. For example, do I do it once a week, a day, twice a day?
