Review on 📼 2013 Model Magnavox MDR533H/F7 HDD DVD Recorder for Improved SEO by Richard Puckett

I ordered and received this device in the last week of February. I used and learned this product for two months. I ordered model number MDR533H. All three models are exactly the same except for the recording time on the internal hard drive. The 533 has a capacity of 61 hours of HQ (High Quality or Better Recording Speed). 535 has 100 hours of best quality video and audio. 537 has 208 hours of best quality. I have 533 on sale and first of all I will personally never record and maintain more than 61 hours of recording in the best recording mode. There are six recording modes ranging from HQ to SLP or best to good. I only used HQ mode, as I said, 61 hours in HQ is more than enough to manage and track. I have a 533 connected to my OTA antenna and am receiving all the local channels in my area with lots of 720p and 1080i broadcasts. The RG6 antenna cable splits into a connector to the back of the 533 and a second short RG6 cable from the unit to the back of my HDTV. You can record on the device and watch another channel on the TV. There is only one tuner to record one show at a time. No problem. You can program the recorder as you like and record different channels at different times. The quality is very very good. I repeat, you cannot record 720P or 1080i TV as 720P or 1080i because this device is not a high definition recorder. However, the speed in HQ mode is very, very close to what you could see and receive if you were just watching an HD broadcast directly on your TV. I just played some DVDs on a DVD burner. There are no problems with this part of the block. I connected a 533 to my receiver with an HDMI cable and then another HDMI connection to my TV. I've set my device's HDMI to 1080P and my receiver's HDMI to 1080P to send the best possible picture for display on my TV. As I said, the picture recorded on the 533 is very good. I'm still studying the device. I keep the manual handy and it's pretty easy to understand. In fact, this is the only budget device on the market that records high-quality video from high-definition broadcast towers and is received via an OTA antenna. The more I use it, the more I'm glad I bought this device. I gave 533 five stars. It's not perfect, but as we said, there aren't many devices on the market that can record high quality picture and sound to watch later or save for future use.
