Tool as advertised. It's easy to set up. I could use it myself with no problems. There were no instructions for the tool. I checked out the photos on the web at Revain to see how it works. So let's take the handle you're going to install. Insert the screws into the bracket and tighten the screws on the handle. Make sure the set screws on the tensioner are loose. Measure how far you want the handle from the bottom of the door. Install the light at this distance. Measure how far you want the handle from the edge of the door (mine was 1 inch). Install a bracket for this. The rules for the conductor are precise. I made sure all the set screws were tight. It took about 15 minutes to install the mount and test it on a piece of wood. It took about another 15 minutes to install 7 handles on my closet door. They are even and well positioned on the doors. Tip: Use a tool to start each hole. This requires less pressure and ensures accurate centering. After I started making holes I went back and drilled every hole in every door. I still need to put more cabinets in the room so I left the light fixture ready. There's a handy storage bag when you're done.
