Review on Effortless Listening: LG HBS-830 Tone Ultra Bluetooth Headset in Elegant White - Retail Packaging by Kattie Steffens

This is my fourth Bluetooth headset from LG and I'm disappointed as it's not as good as the first one I bought a few years ago. I mainly use it to connect to my VOIP phone at work and the voice sound is very distorted. My clients tell me I sound like I'm in a tunnel and I can barely hear them, so I take off my headset and speak into the phone. The sound quality is good when I use it with my iPhone for music, not so much for calls. Another thing is that it's not as easy to connect as my old headsets. My old headset broke, otherwise I wouldn't change it. I don't think LG delivers the quality they are known for and I will buy another brand as it doesn't do what I need.
