    High quality TV and video headset

    I love this Bluetooth headset especially the retractable headphones. Much better than previous versions. Good battery life and sound quality.

    Don't waste money.

    One ear is noticeably quieter than the other, but initially it wasn't. The LG HBS750 was much better in terms of usability and I owned it for many years before it started to deteriorate.

    Poor phone service

    lg makes large amounts. However, it started cracking when I was talking to my wife. I also have lg tones and they are cool. Maybe just a bad batch. It is too late for a return or exchange.

    Excellent Quality/Easy Connection

    I took them out of the box, turned them on and they connected to my phone straight away. They have great sound quality, stay charged all day and stay in place while I run. I also like the retract function. I tried fake versions and was very disappointed.

    Sounds good but can't be used to make calls

    Generally great except for calls. When I use it with my phone, people on the other end say it only picks up background noise and my voice is hard to hear and very loud. Very upset about this as I was hoping to use it for that as well. Otherwise good headphones.

    Do not buy this item

    I've had LG headsets that work much better. This has a limited range. It's also very annoying in the sense that the battery drains every 30 seconds. The headset "says" that the battery is low, although it will work for at least another hour. Also every 30 seconds when out of range. it "tells you" that you are out of range.

    Loss of quality

    I had 3 pairs of these. I destroyed the first pair to be replaced. I replaced the second pair because they stopped working. The third pair I cut out while on the phone not long ago. Sometimes they say they disconnected while pairing and then connected and my phone was in my shirt pocket the whole time. I have recommendations for an alternative, please comment.

    If you put your phone in your pocket people can't hear you

    I have a newer model they don't sell anymore it was really good but broke. If you've got a podcast turned on, switch to a phone call — you can barely hear the callers. Then when you return to the podcast, your ear hurts. When I bend down to reach down, people say I'm on mute - when I put my phone in my pocket, people say I'm on mute. Very disappointing.

    The sound is not the same as the 730

    I bought this LG product because I really liked the old version I had from 2016 and I assumed the new version would be the same would be good or better. To my surprise, the sound quality of the music was tinny. In this new version, the lower end of the audio spectrum is lost. I did a direct comparison between my old 730 getting music from the same device and listening to the same music just to be sure. The difference was of course very clear.     DOES NOT MEET LG STANDARDS

    This is my fourth Bluetooth headset from LG and I'm disappointed as it's not as good as the first one I bought a few years ago. I mainly use it to connect to my VOIP phone at work and the voice sound is very distorted. My clients tell me I sound like I'm in a tunnel and I can barely hear them, so I take off my headset and speak into the phone.
