No response from manufacturer

On June 22nd I bought 3 USB hubs, last week one of them failed. The seller and manufacturer advertise an 18 month warranty on the product page, but I was unable to reach them via email or phone. The email address results in a hard bounce. I had to contact Raven. The lights don't work properly, but the switches and hubs work for the most part.
