Mouse and keyboard arrived ahead of schedule in excellent protective packaging. They arrived with very little instruction along with a short charging cable. The battery life is incredible, I only charged my keyboard and mouse twice a month. I used both keyboard and mouse constantly, seven days a week, at least ten hours a day. I had no connection problems, the keyboard and mouse were recognized immediately when I plugged the fob into the USB port. Mouse and keyboard are easy to clean. I use a makeup brush to get between the keys when I run out of spray. The keyboard backlight makes all keys bright and visually appealing. I really like being able to turn off the backlight when I have too much visual stimulation. The keyboard is sturdy enough not to be bothered by cats walking on or around it. The cutouts are a bit helpful as you can see in the picture, I have no problem with my phone or business card. Finally I have a place to store my laptop pen without losing it! I also use the magnet dots as an extra pen holder, this worked great, I have a pen handy when I need it. The mouse is very responsive and the color change is pretty cool. I have encountered two downsides with constant use of this product, but they are in no way a deal breaker. The mouse is a bit big for people with small hands. It seems to tire my arm from heavy use. With such active use, some keyboard keys would start to squeak annoyingly. Some days I don't hear it and other days I just hear it.
