The design of our marketing materials are exceptional! Our creative designer is always looking for ways to improve, and she makes that happen with great work ethic. There's not much I don't like about them - everything looks professional, they're reasonably priced, and easy enough for an amateur marketer like me to use. Sometimes we get complaints from recipients who received multiple messages in a short amount of time (it happens), but because their products fit my needs so well, I'm willing to overlook it. Great experience overall. We've only been using Cactus Marketing as a partner since late last year, but have increased revenue by over 20% due to improved results when compared against other methods of reaching potential customers before they made their purchases decision. Cactus was able to customize our campaign for us, and we love that they were able to make it fit exactly what we needed. They are very responsive and work with you until your happy. We have been using them since 2013, but only recently started seeing more of their sales come in. I would say that the biggest benefit is the customization options. We were not able to get everything we wanted out of our previous provider. With Cactus, we were able to get everything we need to send an effective campaign.
