Wonderful back massager! It does an amazing job on the back and shoulders, but doesn't work that well for a neck massage. The smaller devices available are really better for neck massages. but they don't work that well on your back and are hard to get in the right place. This massager has no problem in this regard. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star rating is that I wish it had a remote control. The On, Intensity, and Heat controls are located on the side of the massager. If you want to change any settings during use, you really have to get up, turn around and press the right buttons. However, once you really know whether you want heat or not etc. you can pretty much prepare yourself for a 15 minute massage. If you then want to change the control settings, you can do so after the automatic stop. i love movement heat is good. And I love that it's rechargeable so you can use it when it's not plugged in and also work while it's plugged in and charging.
