At first I thought it was just another trick to frying eggs that didn't work. It was difficult to flip the eggs without breaking the yolks and it took a while for the pan to get the right temperature. After 5 attempts, I focus on making perfect "too easy" eggs. I can't give you my formula yet as I'm still experimenting. But once I'm done with that I'll come back and update this review. One of the important points is that you need to have a suitable spatula (rather small) to turn the eggs properly. In the meantime I'm giving the pan 4 stars as I see simpler eggs in the future. /2018I pretty much perfected my "too easy" method and realized my mistake was leaving the eggs too long after turning them over. I have used the pan over ten times now and would like to point out that it lays flat on the stove. Accordingly, I have changed my rating to five stars. Bill Schulz
