This is nothing more than a mouse pad. And a bad example of it. Received the item, great thought, finally something to relieve my foot and ankle pain. The box fell off first. Open it up and it looks like a mousepad rolled up into what looks like a paper towel tube. The red light goes out, but I'm determined to try anyway. I go in and post. The pad is about the size of a mouse pad and the keychain is smaller than my car remote. It takes 2 AAA batteries, which I just bought a new pack of. Okay to qualify, I'm fat, that's one of the reasons I need it. I can't bend down and touch my toes. My legs are swollen so I have a hard time walking to try to LOSE WEIGHT. It claimed to help with swelling. I connect everything, nothing happens. I'm trying to read the instructions (all 100 words on one page) they sent along. The lights on the keychain flash but nothing happens. I take the mouse pad and check that the key fob is securely attached to the mouse pad. Everything is OK. I go through each shot, put it back on the floor and try to use it. The light flickers, but the mouse pad under my feet doesn't do anything, at least as far as I can tell. Selling you an overpriced mouse pad and random remote control is a waste and a scam. Wouldn't recommend it to any guy my wife cheated on me with.
