User friendly! It is not difficult to use and navigate to figure out what you are looking for and where it's at. I wish the site offered user groups, I'm sure that would make searching even easier! I recommend SafePlans Emergency Response Information Portal for any organization in need of a comprehensive emergency management system. I've been searching for such a thing for a LONG time and I am so happy to have found it! Our organization could not be happier and I believe it's the only ERP out there that allows for such an easy to use interface, without sacrificing ease of use. I can't see any reason not to get this program! We are so glad we did! As a matter of fact, we've made major strides now and are not even utilizing the full potential of this software. The ability to track our progress in order to meet our goals is very helpful! We are able to track our progress and see what needs to be done to make sure we keep moving forward. There isn't much that I do not like about SafePlans. They have provided me with an online portal that helps us stay organized and makes it easy for staff to communicate with each other. It allows us to share information, documents, and files easily and quickly.
