I received this device and expected to be able to use it right out of the box: NO.1. Not only is the hard drive not included, you need to disassemble the device to install it, which will void the warranty.2. It is advertised as "wireless". This usually means no wires. This unit requires a 120v line to power a 12v power supply which then needs to be connected to each of the cameras (same settings for each of the 4 cameras means you have a 120v outlet in near each camera, total 4. An electrician will charge $1000-2000 to do it for you 3. Instructions are poorly worded and not very good 4. Camera power supplies and connectors are not designed for use in the Designed outdoors This unit should only be used indoors There is a fee to hire an electrician to do the work You could buy a true wireless best outdoor unit and pocket the difference It's not worth $179 I would give it 1 Giving one star but I think I can use WiFi cameras for something else.Addendum: Cameras are not recognized by Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.They are useless to me and neither is the device.I downgraded it to 1 star grades
