Review on Lenovo Y50 15.6-Inch Touchscreen Gaming Laptop PC - High-Performance Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 1TB Storage, Windows 8.1 by Ken Hamdan

We ordered two of these. PRO: They have nice big touchscreens and sound good for a laptop. There are 3 separate speakers inside which are pretty loud. Some people don't like the LCD screen, but it was ok for me. CONS: Poor repair history. Of the two Y50s we bought, both had to be completely reinstalled within a month of receiving them. Luckily I had two, so I could use one to create a recovery disk for the other. Otherwise I would be screwed. Then, shortly after the warranty expired, one of the touchscreens failed. We solved this problem by simply disabling the touchscreen and using it without the touchscreen. A few months later the onboard video stopped working. I had to replace the motherboard. Luckily I'm technically savvy and can do it. Otherwise I would be very, very annoyed. If you buy this, YOU GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY.
