required more work than other TV mounts. but in the end it does its job and costs less than others. Also, I wanted to give it 4 stars but I took into account that it costs less AND it comes with a small piece of plastic that is very handy for hanging cables on the back of the TV. Very basic but a great addition to a TV mount which I wasn't expecting. I am not sure if I would buy it again. but I don't regret it. To illustrate my problem, I hung a 32" TV. With other mounts, the mount is perfect for this size, no extensions required. With that I definitely need extension cords, which isn't a big deal, I should have expected that, as the 32" tv was the largest tv this mount was compatible with. But the extensions didn't align properly. It took me a long time to finally get it to work.
