Three times I reinstalled the operating system to get to this damn software in the MS Store. I never got there. I feel unfinished without the use of software, because for such a price everything should work and fly, so that there is no headache! And so, I have to endure . I communicate with the TP in FB, they give different advice . I have already stated that if the problem with installing the software, its configuration is not solved, unfortunately, I will have to issue a return . Until hypers make it possible to painlessly download and 100% install their software, as Logitech did, it’s better not to think about buying products from this company, because for 10k (and more) you will get just “mechanics” without the ability to edit available functions . . If someone really wants a good mechanical keyboard with adequate software, I highly recommend taking a look at Logi. Now I'm wondering why I didn't make myself a Logitech setup. I fell for a discount. I thought I was smart, but it turned out to be typical no brains!
