Review on 🐠 Fluval Canister Filter Motor Seal Ring Gasket, A20063 - Replacement Part, Aquarium Filter by Kara Hans

I'm only giving 4 stars because it didn't stop the leak right away. My Fluval was about 10 years old. After I cleaned my filter I put them back together and it kept dripping from the gasket. I thought it must be a rubber ring that has aged and become brittle. After reading the reviews on Revain I decided that the oil seal was the cause of the leak. So with the new gasket it was still leaking but not as badly as before. So I decided to take a chance and put both tubes in a canister. Of course, the leak eventually stopped. I don't know why it happened, but I'm grateful. Spent almost $20 including next day shipping. It was worth the money and the risk I took.
