so my granddaughter can make sweets for her upcoming birthday. It's so easy to do. Simply melt 2 cups of chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of canola oil in a microwave-safe container and microwave on high for 1 minute. Then stir in the melted chips. Use a teaspoon to pour the chocolate into each individual mold. Then chill for about 30 minutes (the longer they harden, the easier they can be removed from the mold). They are so easy to make and look cute! Use them as decorations on a cake or as individual candies. Serve them in muffin cases as they will melt with the warmth of your hands. Note: To clean, simply rinse with very hot water. No need to spray them with nonstick spray before pouring the chocolate! And remember. Keep mold and utensils DRY. Chocolate doesn't like water. When chocolate comes into contact with water, it can become "grainy".
