I was at first doubtful that this bra would offer adequate support for my high-impact exercise classes but I was delightfully surprised. Other bras I have used offer firm support but are almost always so tight it's hard to breathe. This one was absolutely perfect: it supports but did not restrict my breathing. I thought it was a little big for my ribcage and it rode up a bit, but never to the point of being uncomfortable or non-supportive. I am a regular-sized lady so I don't know how this would work with large-chested women, but for this C-cup gal, it was perfect.
