Review on 🔧 Sony PS3 Slim Blu-ray Drive Replacement with Laser (KES-450A/ KEM-450AAA) Compatible with Slim Models (120GB, 250GB) + Nextec T8 Screwdriver by Staxy Asedr

I ordered this because I had intermittent problems with my PS3 not reading the Blu-ray or freezing during playback. And I ordered this version specifically for the included T8 screwdriver (think I already had 1 or 3 in my toolbox but hey, better safe than sorry lol). Installation was pretty painless judging by the video (fair warning: there's an extra step in the video that instructs you to remove the lens assembly from its black plastic housing. I skipped that and just replaced the entire assembly, i.e The lens assembly is bolted to this black plastic frame as shown in the photo, just treat it as a whole and do not change the lens assembly). Unfortunately when I was done I put in one of my discs that I had. the trouble with him before wasn't even charged with him, well, and still isn't charged. So it probably wasn't an issue on my end, it was an issue with the disc itself (I put in a few other Blu-rays and they work great). solve my problem lol. But at least I have practice now. :)
