The quality of the support/service is as important to me as the quality of the product. I bought it in late 2018 and it worked fine for about 4 months and then started making a clicking noise. I disassembled it to clean but that didn't fix the problem. I contacted their support team and they initially responded with an incomprehensible very broken English response and I cannot get any further response from them. I'm throwing it away and buying a GermGuardian device. I don't know how they get so many 5 star reviews if they don't endorse their product.
