Works great! Costs money! I installed it very sloppily. I used silicone to seal everything between this and the wooden base before attaching it so there is now no chance of air getting in around the base. Incidentally, Lightning also works perfectly. It's amazing how much that matters. You used to be able to stand under the attic stairs in winter and feel the cold draft. no longer . without even touching the attic stairs, it gets cold. Especially now in summer. Pull down the ladder and you've been hit in the face with 130 degrees of heat before. not funny . but now you open the stairs and it can be 10 degrees warmer than at home.
