Very short on my review.

This is way shorter than 45". This was purchased to replace one that is 42" which is the right size. This is at least 3" shorter. So disappointed

Pros

Ideal for use after surgeries or other medical procedures involving the ribs

Cons

It may be difficult to wear for individuals with limited range of motion in their arms or torso
