The best product, from those that I have viewed, I advise everyone!

The instructions could be more informative
Its pros:
Good chair, especially for 9600, comfortable, with different settings, easy to assemble
Cons:
Does not recline 180 degrees, although the angle at which the chair reclines is sufficient

Some pros: It's convenient in and of itself. With its cons. I didn’t like the pillow under the head / neck - it’s not comfortable at all, and the armrests are too far away, I can’t reach it with my elbows.
