I took it for the sake of noise reduction and the ability to work via USB from a computer, but in the end I was disappointed in the effectiveness of the noise reduction, and in the buzz / extraneous noise during use, and handed over the headphones back to the store. At the same time, I really liked the sound quality, but it was not enough to keep them for myself. With its pros. 1) Sound quality. 2) The ability to work when connected to a computer via USB, and not just a 3.5mm cord. Cons: 1) I did not directly compare at the same time, only from my recollections, but it seemed that the noise reduction even in the maximum mode is much less noise reduction than in the Sony WH-1000XM4 2) When connected to a computer via Bluetooth, there is a very large lag, movies are unpleasant to watch due to desynchronization. This, as far as I know, is the case for almost all Bluetooth headphones. 3) Very large and heavy, but still quite comfortable. 4) When charging from USB from an outlet and the noise reduction is turned on, they buzz at 50Hz. Moreover, if you put on headphones and pick up a phone that is charging, there will also be a buzz. If you connect via USB to a computer, then there is less or almost no buzz, but at the same time, a squeak or interference is often heard if, for example, you move the mouse or do something else with the computer.
