Safely Done and Well Done
I've always wanted this peel and tried a new recipe that called for the peel of 4 lemons. I was able to peel the zest from the lemons and clean the tool in less than 5 minutes. I felt a lot more confident because it's long and I could put the rubber foot on my plate while tasting it. The grated product came out in very thin ribbons and had no core. When I hand washed the husk, I washed it very carefully along with the grain so as not to cut myself. I washed it right away so I didn't need the brush that came with it. It also comes with a cap that is easy to put on and take off. Excellent purchase!
