My wife and I think these knives are fantastic. We were skeptical as we never had ceramic knives. They are razor sharp. They cut fruits and vegetables as if we were cutting with a real razor blade. There were no problems with meat either. We only wash by hand, but cleaning is much easier than metal knives. Warning: Beware of red items such as spaghetti sauce as they can get dirty if left in the material for a long time. We often eat pasta. There were no problems with coloring. We wash within an hour after eating when using red sauce etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I plan to order another set soon. I've been using knives for about 3 months.
