I like how easy this program was to implement at our organization! The customer service has been great so far too - we have had no issues with them since implementation (we're only 14 days into using PEP!). We've seen an increase of employees signing up after hearing about what other organizations were doing here. There's nothing really bad i can say about anything yet; however there seems to be some glitches when trying to access certain pages/features from time to time which could potentially cause problems if not addressed properly by Support staff before going live again? Make sure you understand your employee onboarding process very well prior to implementing any type of HR system! Benefits management & communication between departments within my org.
