Review on 🎧 UClear Motion Infinity - Single: Amplify your Riding Experience with Superior Communication and Audio Clarity by George Mack

We used it for short trips but got about 1000 miles on it. Easy to use, maybe 0.5 mile intercom function. The volume is good, the microphones are good. The only problem I had was that the Quick Access button fell off me after a few weeks. I contacted the support service and a few days later they sent a new block. The old device will still work, it's just not waterproof anymore. VERY happy with the support because of the quick response. Due to Covid I'm waiting for the other two companies to fix the issues which should be just as easy but it took months. UCLEAR earns BONUS points for how quickly they are resolved. I would give 5 stars but I had a problem. I recommend and will buy in the future as more helmets are added. TO UPDATE. 9+ months in ad units is still going strong. I've noticed that some people complain about skipping songs or changing the volume. I don't think they realize that this device can use hand gestures to control volume and skip songs. Check the application and configure or disable this control. Problems arise when people don't notice that they place the motion sensor where it always sees movement in the neck and shoulder area. In my experience the range is about 1/2 mile. The good news is that if a partner falls, they'll be re-added as soon as they're within range. It was probably worth spending some time at home practicing operating the device rather than trying to learn from the rides. It would shorten my learning curve. The sound quality and soundproofing are excellent. I've used it in snow and rain with no problems.
