Review on TSLA Thermal Winter Balaclava Face Mask: Ultimate UV Protection and Lightweight Windproof Ski Mask with Fleece Lining by Michael Gonzales

Revainrating 5 out of 5

good value for money as described

First things first - hand wash with detergent in sink. IDK about machine wash, haven't tried it yet, but it's ok at the sink. It took about a night and most of the day to dry, so expect that. The water was black the first time, so really wash it out. You wear this stuff on your face so it's smart anyway. This is a reliable product. It is thinner but lined with a thin fleece material on the inside. Maybe microfiber. Soft yet thin yet breathable. I was looking for something for the summer and maybe not to be cool in the winter. I have a beard so I don't need an insulating balaclava. I think it fits the bill perfectly. I wasn't expecting the lining at all so I was concerned but very surprised I can still breathe through it when I got it. It's like perfect. When you fold the headpiece back, you can hang it over your ears to use as a face mask. The earpiece helps him stay upright without having to constantly adjust like regular neck cuffs do. The ear strap isn't 100% designed for that though - it's 1.5 inches wide so it slips over your ear a bit. Kind of pushes the tips of your ears into the slap. It doesn't look as bad as it seems. sounds and certainly still is useful, but enough to keep your ears from being used for things like tucking your hair in the back. I haven't tried sunglasses with it yet. Again this is hooded down and using the ear holes. The hood is up, it's perfect. And you can use it like a regular gaiter without catching your ears. So no harm to the ears, they're there when you want or don't want to use them. And because it's on the thin side, with the hood down, it's not too much behind the head. The fit is good, the stitching is decent. I would say the next step would be the $30 UnderArmour. I would take it again at this price.
