Easy & intuitive tool for managing knowledge sharing
It is easy to use, has many integrations with popular platforms like Slack or Jira/Confluence etc., it's free forever (at least in my case), quick onboarding process once you get used of its interface - I was able to setup new employees within few minutes after signing up; good support around-the clock via chat option available from timezone difference perspective as well! There are some things that could be improved but nothing substantial yet so far everything works just fine :) We can create groups easily by using multiple tags at same time which makes our organization structure quite clear without any manual effort needed afterwards.

- Easy way how we organize people into separate teams for each project.
- Tags help us find specific projects quickly if necessary,
- Many options when setting permissions eithout needless code implementation required ; )
Cons
- Lack o features such basic ones :o no ability not add comments under issues directly through web app
