For $10 (how much we paid and how much it is now) this is a nice and soft little bandana for your pup - BUT the size doesn't match, at least not the one we received. The smallest size is around 15-16" in circumference and that's with the velcro hanging down and not attached to anything. We were a little upset because this is well made and soft and fits our needs well (didn't want to replace the existing harness or leash) if the company can make 3 sizes in standard small medium large and/or change/make the closure type Longer and more adjustable it would be a 5 star product! (And of course make the measurements given a bit more accurate.) But for that it will work very well for somewhere average dogs ren about 25-45 pounds as long as they are somewhere around 15 or more on the neck. I also don't like it when a company puts the ir logo front and center - we don't buy things to advertise, we buy them to warn people about our blind dogs. You can place it in an inconspicuous spot, but this one is right above the words "blind dog" (yes, I saw it in the photo and I'm by no means saying it was distorted, but just want to point that out) . I'll probably gift it to another blind pup who would like it and he'll keep looking for something a better fit.
