Poor explanation of product and even worse customer service.

When I order a rail kit for a 10' barn door, it should come with a 20' rail, otherwise they just sold me a wall! I had to order another complete set in order to move my 10' door out of the way.

The instructions lack clarity, making the installation process frustrating and confusing
