So far I am very satisfied, but my cat is not very satisfied. Lol found you under the boat.

After trying all the others I FINALLY have one that actually tracks REAL TIME which is the most important thing. This will give you the exact location. The mobile app is way better than any other. The whistle, on the other hand, was a joke. I forgot how much I sent back. This one uses cell towers, but you don't need to buy a separate SIM card for it. It is absolutely waterproof. Also smaller than Whistle. So far I'm very satisfied, but my cat? Not as much. I attached it to his hiking jacket with Velcro.
