Review on Moaah by Darnell Evans

The ability to track and manage all communications within an organization is excellent, as well as the reporting. Not having multiple people in one place with the same tasks. That would be ideal. I have been able to use the dashboard to see all issues with my organization and ensure those are being resolved. Also, I am able to set up workflows and automate different jobs within Moaah that I otherwise have to create by hand, which saves me time. I like that it is easy to use, has nice features such as being able to connect with other applications, and allows you to get your data into the cloud. It also has great support which makes me feel comfortable using the tool. I dislike the fact that there are some bugs in the product which can cause errors. Make sure you have enough resources available to keep up with demand. We are solving our storage issues by moving to the cloud and we're able to move faster than before because of this.
