I'll give it a 3. Got a size 10 pink, white and black wrench for our 8.5 year old . Received the jacket quickly. It looks good, fits well, and will keep baby warm in Minnesota weather. Super flaws, NOT the same jacket as shown, unfortunately I only noticed it after the purchase. Same colors and design but the hood is different and has a felt in the mouthguard on both sides so it can't be fixed with velcro to keep the face/nose warm. Tried replacing the hood or full jacket and couldn't. A partial refund is offered but that doesn't solve the manufacturer's problem, not the fact that unfortunately this isn't the same jacket as the photo.
