I bought this for my father-in-law's 2004 Dodge Ram 1500. I bought him a new head unit for Christmas to replace the factory unit that refused to throw away his ABBA CD. The idea was to wrap the crate for the new head unit and under the tree but attach the unit to this dash, seat belts and antenna adapter so I could smuggle it into the truck without his knowledge. I told him I needed to move his truck and about five minutes later I installed a radio in his truck. Looks great, but that little radio bag is useless. The CD in the case doesn't even fit inside. I would prefer if they just focus on the radio. I think you could use it for paper. Aside from that very minor complaint, the mount worked flawlessly.
