ARGUS CSM - one of the best all-in-one fleet management software I've ever worked with
The fact that it is an all-inclusive solution for fleet management as well vehicle tracking makes this software one of my favorites in our automotive industry (and I'm not even associated to any department).
It has been great working closely together over time since we started using their product at work - nothing but positive experiences so far! Nothing really specific here except maybe some minor UI enhancements could be made sometimes when accessing certain screens or features within ARGUS CSM Dashboard/Portal interface? We use ArguCSD mostly because its main purpose was designed specifically towards Fleet Management purposes; however there are other benefits such as Vehicle Tracking which can prove useful too depending upon your needs etc..
- All inclusive package with several modules available including full featured GPS solutions, RFID tags integration along With OTA remote monitoring capabilities.
- Great support team who very quickly get back whenever you need them through email / telephone calls + live chat option also offered if needed during business hours only
- Mostly okay, but...
