My husband gets hot easily so he had to change after about an hour. If you live in a cold place, they are ideal. We live in the desert so it doesn't get too cold there. Order your normal size. I wear a size small and ordered a small and it fits perfectly. The design was great too. It hasn't changed in the wash and still looked great. I never put my prints in the dryer, so I let mine air dry. If you want quality pajamas for your family or for yourself, this is a good buy.
