I'm tall - these are all the nursing bras I've tried. And after chatting about the size, I still measured large, I'm 36DD. But this bra is too big! Maybe that's the natural shape of my breasts. They're not perky or round, they're, well, floppy and hang a little below my chest. Now when I breastfeed they are fuller but the fabric doesn't fill out on the sides near the armpits. So this bra fits much better here and you can see the tuft of fabric. The cups are big too but cover very well up to the armpits which I liked so much because all the other bras are too tight! However, my breasts fit in the cup but don't fill out enough to make this bra a functional pump as there is no density or support in the cup. And now the tape. Out of the bag I used it on the last, tightest hook so I know after use and washing it will be useless to me. I might order Wednesday and hope they offer the same full coverage and more support. My advice is to size down and use an extender, you need a larger band because the cups are very large and very stretchy
