The customer service, responsiveness, the fact that we get daily work-flow management from our team lead means we don't have to do it ourselves. Sometimes there is a slight delay in response times (which isn't really too bad if you ask me), but the overall UX and UI of the software is very good. We've used other cloud-based tools before--but not many that actually has a great experience for both the customers and salespeople using. With KOAH, we didn't feel lost and were never confused how things were organized. It was also easy to collaborate with others because the tool allows us to see everything at once. This makes it easier when working together to come up with ideas. It is easy to use, and the platform is very intuitive. I like the simplicity of the design of the website and how easy it is to use. The fact that the team is always available to help you out with any questions you have. I dislike that it can be a challenge to track down certain information. I have not found anything I dislike about this. I would recommend this to other businesses. I am using this to help grow my company. It is helping with the social proof and getting the word out to the public.
