The holes are not cut and it was driving me insane, common sense tells me not to try and screw the screws in anyway but. After much research, none of the others have threads because the screws on the car are self-tapping. They don't look alike, but if you look closely at your BMW bolts, they have a triangular tip. I screwed them in before installing them in the door and I think he drilled the holes perfectly. Installation was easy. I literally wanted to return this but then realized all the other parts had the same issue.
