I bought these 2 packs based on reviews and they were recommended to me too. I opened the first bottle and it broke after one use (when I opened the black outer cap the inner spring and white pump fell out). Me and my (slightly smarter) husband tried to fix it but couldn't so I left a full bottle and couldn't get the contents. I left a review for the seller but did not receive anything in return. I will box and return this bottle and hope to receive a partial refund.
