DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR ITS IKE IF YOU HAVE A MACBOOK PRO! I was initially very happy with this product when I put it on my MacBook Pro 2019 16 inch screen with protective case. Two weeks later, I pulled the laptop out of my padded backpack and saw a thin crack running vertically from the webcam cover. It was within the screen itself (i.e. I didn't feel it). When I tried to turn my laptop, all I saw was a faint streak of light coming straight out of the gap. Then nothing. I've been using the laptop for several months with no problems. When I took it to a Mac repair shop, they immediately said that the webcam caused the crack and that they had seen the problem before. Luckily my Mac was under warranty and they replaced the entire screen for free but I was without my laptop for a week which made my work and life very difficult. Don't let the same thing happen to you!
