Review on πŸ”§ Milton 518 Analog Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge: Efficient and OSHA Compliant Tire Pump by Jesse Gray

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Exactly, but there are little things

Assembly and fit are good. I tested this with another counter that I trust. The clamp is ok but a little wobbly and if pressed a little it will leak. When inflating tires, the display appears upside down due to the way it tracks tire pressure. You just have to twist your brain to compensate. The exhaust valve also appears to be on the wrong side, almost requiring two-handed operation. Another problem is that the rubber hose does not have a protective sleeve where it enters the steel case. The hose appeared to be coined by the edge of the handle which I suspect will eventually cut and eventually fail. For the money this is a good item despite many design oddities. Not really complaining as I love this fill valve. I'm just talking

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not satisfied with everything
